Entrepreneurship simply means having your own job; practically being you own boss. And not to forget, you might or might not have apprentices but most entrepreneurs have apprentices. Entrepreneurs could be hair stylists, fashion designers, cobblers and all and all.
Employment is...(OK, how do I explain this without confusing you guys?) working for someone and getting paid. You get salaries or wages for the work you have done. It could be monthly or weekly or even daily.
The difference between these two terms is very simple. Entrepreneurs own the business and do not pay their apprentices because they are supposedly 'learning'. An employed individual is being paid because you're actually working, not learning.h
So the crux of the matter is; which is better, Entrepreneurship or Employment? I personally think Entrepreneurship because it comes with a lot of advantages compared to a paid job. You might not get as much money as the employed, but then your business is safe and you're in charge of it.
Happy weekend people!
